Mr. Swauger specializes in digital forensics and corporate investigations. A court-recognized expert and licensed investigator, he has over ten years experience serving both private industry and law enforcement. He has investigated various employment related issues such as employee misconduct, harassment, and breach of contract, as well as numerous other civil, criminal, and domestic matters. He also helps clients identify potential sources of digital evidence and advises on proper digital evidence collection and preservation techniques. His clients include attorneys, businesses, individuals, and other investigators.

In addition to his association with Binary Intelligence Technology, Mr. Swauger is employed by a national top ten financial holdings company where he handles investigations and compliance issues. Previous to this, he served as the senior Computer Forensic Specialist for the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, a division of the Ohio Attorney General's Office. His efforts in that role were instrumental in the establishment and continuing success of the state Computer Crime Unit.
